Terms & conditions

Only private individuals or representatives of companies who are over 18 years of age and of legal age with full legal right to enter into agreements with another party are entitled to make purchases via Benader AB. The customer pays the delivery fee. In connection with the delivery of your order, the driver may carry out an age check if the delivery contains alcoholic beverages and/or over-the-counter medicines.

Price and payment

The prices of the ordered goods are those stated at Benader AB on the day the order is placed. All prices are stated including VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment is made by debit or credit card from Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro or MasterCard. Benader AB does not accept payment by cash or cheque. For card payment, the specified card is charged at the time of ordering. No card details are stored by Benader AB, only the reference number used in the dialogue with Stripe, which provides the payment solution for Benader AB. Stripe is certified according to PCI-DSS. All communication in connection with payment is encrypted according to the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for secure transmission over the Internet.

Offers

New-customer offers at Benader AB may only be used once per household. Misuse may result in a police report for fraud or attempted fraud.

Refund

If you have paid for your order but have nevertheless changed your mind about your purchase, you have a credit balance with Stripe. To refund the credit balance, we need contact details and an order number from you; we do not store these details in connection with your payment.

Delivery

Delivery of your goods takes place to the address you provided at registration or when ordering. As the customer, you are responsible for keeping your details up to date and thereby enabling us to deliver to the correct address. Upon receipt of your delivery, you may need to sign to confirm that you have received your goods. When we leave goods outside your door, we photograph them. If you are unable to receive your goods at home delivery, the carrier makes an assessment as to whether the goods can be left. Provided that the carrier reaches your front door, the goods are left outside the door. Once the goods have been left, responsibility for the goods passes to you. If a gate or door prevents us from reaching your door, the goods are not left behind. Age-restricted goods that require ID verification are never left behind, and these goods are taken back to our warehouse. When we take back age-restricted goods, they are credited. Ordered goods are delivered within the time window stated in the order confirmation. In the event of a delay, Benader AB will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery time.

Changing your order

You can cancel or change the delivery time for your order until the food preparation process has not yet begun. When you order for the same day or the next morning, you cannot cancel or change the time.

Goods

Benader AB strives to deliver goods of high quality and with good durability.

Complaints & right of withdrawal

If there is any fault, we ask you to contact Benader AB. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and any return costs. In order for the goods to be subject to a complaint, the original packaging must remain. Private individuals have a right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). This means a right to withdraw the purchase of certain goods within 14 days of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that can quickly deteriorate or become too old. You therefore cannot withdraw the purchase of food items, but you can, for example, withdraw candles, napkins and home and hygiene articles. You have the right to inspect the goods, but they must be in what is known as essentially unchanged condition, which means that the goods must be in good condition and that the original packaging must remain. A customer who wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal should contact us at the address stated below.

Force majeure

Should Benader AB, due to a circumstance that can be considered beyond Benader AB's control ("Force majeure"), be prevented from fulfilling our obligations towards you, this does not constitute a breach of contract. Even in Force majeure situations, Benader AB will always, as far as possible, try to fulfil our obligations and, in cases where this is not possible, compensate you to a reasonable extent.

Dispute

In the event of any dispute, we refer to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. We always follow the recommendations of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
